A cornerstone of our philosophy is that the agency works
as a partner and honest broker between seller and buyer.
A broker is defined as:
“a person who functions as an intermediary between two or more parties
in negotiating agreements, bargains, or the like.”
Our aim is that both buyers and sellers emerge from every sale satisfied with the outcome
and confident that we have acted both efficiently and professionally.
Sellers expect us to highlight the advantages of their property and this, of course, we do,
but we do not make false claims about how a buyer might alter or extend a property once
it is purchased. After the purchase is finalised we are available to help buyers in whatever way
they need without time limit.
Our Promise
To our vendors, we promise to maximise exposure of their property, not only passively via our websites and portals but also actively through direct, and precisely targeted, email marketing backed by a highly sophisticated CRM (Customer Relations Management) system.
To our buyers, we don’t just promise to do our best to find their ‘dream’ property. By listening carefully to their needs we are able to recommend properties that are likely to best suit them even if this is not immediately apparent to the client.
We will not engage in estate agent’s tricks. We will not show you properties which we know
will not be suitable just to make it seem to the seller that we are active on their behalf.
Or to keep you occupied so that other agencies cannot be with you.
Our time, like yours, is precious and we will not waste it.
Our Area
Our Country Properties

For reasons, both cultural and economic, property documentation is not as precise
as many non-Spanish buyers expect. Spain is a mountainous country with often deep
gullies which makes measurement of the land and the plotting of boundaries a complex
process. We have many years experience overcoming problems and of finding creative
solutions that ensure our buyers complete their purchase with a good and clean title.
Our Experience
The parent agency in our group, Another Way Of Life was founded in 2005 and has consistently grown, surviving two major crises.
Our experience, not simply in marketing but also in legal matters and an understanding of the
complex Spanish bureaucracy has enabled us to continue working effectively very many estate
agencies closed down.
The majority of our buyers are non-Spanish and it is of vital importance to understand not just
their language but also their mentality, something which exclusively Spanish speaking agents
find difficult. All of our partners speak English and Spanish and some also speak French.
