This detached property, on the outskirts of the town Cádiar is accessed along a short track and is set in its own, mainly fenced land.

The trees surrounding the land are mainly by way of Almond and Olive.


Outside of the property stairs lead to a wonderful roof terrace with views of the mountains. Under the stairs is a small room for the solar batteries. A small wind turbine, placed away from the house also provides energy to back up the solar.
