There is also a storeroom, a bodega for storing wine, a preparation room for brewing wine and a cloakroom with washbasin and WC.


Outside is another building that has a large storeroom, a chicken coop and a further garage. This garage also has machinery for pressing grapes and a pipe that runs underground to the wine preparation room on the ground floor of the property.


To the side of the property is a fenced garden/vegetable plot that has various trees and a brick built bread oven/ bbq.


The house is in excellent condition and has good quality double-glazing with fly screens throughout. It is connected to mains electricity and water. There is also the possibility to purchase a separate 1.5 hectare vineyard.
